Ghouls On Film is a Belfast based, feminist horror film society, founded at The Black Box. Their zine is for scream queens of all genders, aiming to highlight the work of local creatives and their perspectives on the world of horror cinema.

The theme of this issue is ‘Hysteria & Lunacy’, inspired by their Autumn 2022 Programme. Ghouls on Film cover feature is based on Emma Tammi’s The Wind (2018), and this issue features film and book reviews, original illustrations, a photography spread, a collage, a comic, an interview and playlist.

Featuring: Sophie Adair, Lindsay Mead, Ruairi McCann, Ann Upton, Kit Rees, Isabella Koban and an interview with filmmaker and composer Die Hexen

Ghouls On Film is a Belfast based, feminist horror film society, founded in October 2021 at The Black Box. They have ongoing monthly screening events in The Green Room at The Black Box, and  often feature a variety of immersive screenings, Q&As, exhibitions and collaborative events with international festivals.
