About the Author
Horacio Fernández is a photography historian, exhibition curator and professor of the History of Photography at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cuenca. In 1999 he curated the great Public Photography exhibition. Photography in Print 1919-1939 at the MNCARS. Between 2004 and 2006, he was general curator of the PhotoEspaña International Festival of Photography and Visual Arts. His most recent exhibition projects include the exhibition Photos and Books. Spain 1905-1977 at the MNCARS (2014) and Miserachs Barcelona at the MACBA (2015), in which the photobook is a central element.
