About the Artist
Mariela Sancari (b. 1976, Buenos Aires) . She lives and works in Mexico City since 1997. Her work revolves around truthfulness and fiction in images, using personal narratives to explore the boundaries of the scope of photography as a means of representation. Fellow of Sistema Nacional de Creadores de Arte FONCA, 2015-2018, works as a freelance photographer.
