178 consist of four books in a slipcase. Four parts that individually and combined move you as a viewer from one place to the next, in both a physical and emotional way. A key element is the need to travel and move yourself around to get perspective, to understand something about yourself in this world. It is a four part photographic journey that can be experienced as very personal, yet at the same time very much about the viewers perspective and as a fictional diary.

About the Artist
Mette was educated as a photographer at the Glasgow School of Art and returned to her home in Denmark where she has joined Gallery Spark, an artist run gallery in Copenhagen. She is enjoying the experience of working with her own art as well as others’ work.
