KWAS is an independent and inclusive magazine and collective operated by Agnieszka Sejud and Karolina Wojtas.

About the Editors
Agnieszka Sejud
is a photographer, visual artist, activist and part of artistic duo KWAS. She lives and works in Poland. Sejud uses different mediums to explore components of human identity, idea of individual freedom and systems of oppressions limiting our independence. Her practice works with photography, digital and analog collage, books and zines, video-works and installations. Her vision of the world is rather colourful, kaleidoscopic and psychedelic. Sejud often uses deformations and image deconstructions to serve her purposes and ideas. Her works have been exhibited internationally.

Karolina Wojtas (b. 1996) is a photographer, who studied at the Film School Lodz and Institute of Creative Photography in the Czech Republic. She lives in a colourful world of experiment and endless fun. She draws from children’s fantasies and memories. Inspiration may become to her as a mess in the garden of her grandfather or a huge slide. Through her exhibition, it is impossible to slip, sometimes covered with brocade or balloons.
