About the Artist
Hans Staub was a Swiss photographer and photojournalist based in Zurich who documented the rapidly changing years of the 1930s and 1940s in Switzerland. He is widely considered one of the Switzerland’s first photoreporters and contributed to the ‘Zürcher Illustrierte’ under Arnold Kübler.
