Cuspindo A Barlovento records how the local action group Nunca Mas, took up action following an oil spill off La Coruna on the Spanish coast. Unsatisfied with governments lethargic reaction, the group cleaned beaches with primitive but effective means, joined by photographer Manuel Sendon, who grew up here.
