This toolkit was made in consultation with a group of young people, who are alumni of The Ark’s Children’s Council. Who spent a few weeks in the summer of 2022 looking at Irish photography, meeting photographers, discussing themes and processes, and making artwork together. The aim of the project was to consider how the group can make photography more accessible to other young people.

About the Artist
Róisín White is a visual artist based in Dublin, working primarily with photography, while incorporating drawing, sculpture, and collage into her practice. Róisín holds a BA (Hons) in Photography from DIT, and certificates in Ceramics and Sculpture from NCAD.
