The Visual Artists’ News Sheet is the industry standard magazine for all artists and a core component of the visual arts infrastructure in Ireland. It is published 6 times a year in a 40-page tabloid newspaper format. It is useful, practical, relevant and timely. It is produced and widely distributed every two months. It draws on a diverse range of contributors and assumes a broad readership amongst artists. It is available free of charge from a wide range of galleries and venues posted direct to members. Members may also log in to read the full online version of the VAN. They may also opt out of receiving the print edition in favour of the full online version.
