Lockdown In An Irish Rural Community is a snapshot of what life was like from March to September during the Covid-19 lockdown in 2020. Most of the photos were taken in a radius of 10 kilometres from the author’s home, mainly covering Piercetown, Murrintown, Drinagh and Mayglass districts of County Wexford. The book portrays how the lockdown affected the lives of young and old in many walks of life and records some of the events that took place during that time in these areas.
