About the Artist
Lewis Bush studied at the University of Warwick, worked as a consultant researcher for the United Nations HIV/AIDS taskforce, and then started to develop his own projects from 2012 onwards. His work looks for ways to  visualise powerful agents, practices and technologies, and the links that connect them. He does this via a variety of media and platforms – using photography, text, video, data visualisation, exhibitions, books, films, and apps. Bush’s body of work is prolific he has exhibited, published, and taught internationally.

Chloé Cooper Jones is a writer based in New York City. In 2020, Chloé was a Pulitzer Prize finalist in Feature Writing for “Fearing for His Life,” a profile of Ramsey Orta, the man who filmed the killing of Eric Garner. She was the recipient of the 2020 Whiting Creative Nonfiction Grant and the 2021 Howard Foundation Grant from Brown University. Both grants are in support of her forthcoming book Easy Beauty, a memoir which finds the author—after unexpectedly becoming a mother—embarking on a journey across the globe to reclaim the spaces, both physical and emotional, that she’d been denied and denied herself. Forthcoming from Simon & Schuster/Avid Reader in April 2022.
